(1). This long fries maker is used to extrude mashed potato into long strips to be fried .
Applicable places: hotel, snack car, restaurant, cafe, street food truck etc .

(2). The long potato french fries & chips maker is popular in Japan(harajuku and  tokyo), Philippines, Australia, Malaysia, Indonesia (jakarta), Thailand etc .

This machine is not suitable for strong foods such as raw potatoes. Only for soft foods such as mashed potatoes.
