Storage guidelines & Shelf life
The resin should be stored indoors in the original,
unopened and undamaged containers in a dry place
at storage temperatures below 30ºC. The shelf-lifeof
the resin is 1 (one) year ex works, based on
experience the resin remains stable for at least 3
(three) additional years. Exposure to direct sunlight
should be avoided.

Prism TSE 16 PC twin screw extruder; Setting
temperature:115℃; Speed (rpm): 200
Application procedure
Corona spray gun, voltage 60 kV; 0.6 mm chromate
pretreated aluminum Q-panels type ALQ-46;
Coating thickness ≈ 50 microns; Stoving in an air-
circulated oven.
Cure cycle (total oven time):
10 minutes 180 ºC， 10 minutes 200 ºC
